Cotton Growers 2016

The innovative program «Certified Fibermax^® with Sustainable Farming Practices» continues dynamically its second year of implementation.In 2016, a total of 859 cotton growers participated, covering 5.901,49 hectares in the most significant cotton areas in Greece.This year's collaboration is extended to five ginning companies and you may find attached here below the total of growers and hectares per cultivated area and ginning company.In addition to this year and along with the CSF program, we will explore the value produced in the chain of Greek cotton processing, through cooperation with local spinning companies, textile companies and garment manufacturing.
